Shipping Policy

All orders placed through this website are printed and dispatched by our fulfilment partner, The Print Company, from 109 Dominion Road, Auckland.

Order cut-off

Supporters store: orders placed and paid for on a business day (Monday–Friday) before 9.00am qualify for Next Day Delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Candidate Portal: orders confirmed and approved (artwork signed off where required) on a business day before 9.00am qualify for Next Day Delivery. As candidate orders are invoiced rather than paid up front, the order is treated as confirmed once it has been approved for print.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Delivery is guaranteed within the North Island. South Island deliveries will arrive the day after, unless an express courier service is selected. Orders that require special finishing (laminating, creasing, folding etc.) will take one additional day. Large orders may require an extended turnaround.

Next Day Delivery charges (per box):

Greater Auckland: $35.00 + GST

North Island (outside Greater Auckland): $40.00 + GST

South Island: $50.00 + GST

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery applies to all orders that do not meet the Next Day cut-off, or where Next Day Delivery has not been selected.

Standard Delivery charges:

Auckland: $18.50 + GST

North Island: $25.00 + GST

South Island: $37.50 + GST

Standard delivery timing (2–5 working days):

Local (Greater Auckland): $17.50 + GST

North Island: $23.50 + GST

Island to Island economy (2 days): $35.00 + GST

Island to Island Express (overnight): $45.00 + GST

Pick-up

You are welcome to collect your order from The Print Company at 109 Dominion Road, Auckland.

Standard pick-up: order and pay (or, for Candidate Portal orders, get artwork approval through) before 9.00am on a business day. Your order will be ready for collection from 8.00am the following day.

Same-day Express pick-up: a $40.00 + GST Express charge applies. Goods will be ready for collection after 4.30pm on the same day from 109 Dominion Road.

Some larger orders may not be able to be completed within the same day. Our team will confirm timing at the point of order.

Oversize items

Oversize delivery fees (for items over 1800 x 1800mm) may apply. Email us for a quote before placing the order.

Tracking and notifications

You will receive a text from our dispatch counter when your order is packed and either ready to collect or about to go out with the courier. A track and trace number is sent for couriered orders.

Charges, weights and order size

All delivery charges listed apply to a single carton up to 25kg. Heavier or multi-carton orders will be quoted at the time of order.

Delivery times

Every effort will be made to deliver on the timeline indicated above, but any delivery date is a best estimate. We accept no liability for any loss arising from delay in delivery (see Terms of Service for full terms).
